How pickup actually works
You'll receive your exact pickup time by email or WhatsApp the evening before your flight, based on your accommodation's location and the season's sunrise time. A driver waits at your hotel or riad entrance; in the medina, this may mean a short walk to the nearest point a vehicle can reach.
Staying outside central Marrakech?
Riads in the medina, hotels in Gueliz, Hivernage and the Palmeraie are all covered at no extra charge. If you're staying further out — the Ourika Valley or Essaouira, for example — let us know when booking; pickup is often still possible for a small supplement.
What if I'm not ready on time?
Balloons must launch within a narrow calm-air window at dawn, so drivers cannot wait for late guests. Set two alarms — the early start is the one part of the morning you can't push back.
Return transfer
After breakfast, the same transfer brings you back to your hotel, typically by 9:30–10:00am, leaving the rest of your day free.
